Our Refund Policy: Transparent and Fair

Cancellation During Trial Period
If you notify the Gridlines team during your trial period that you do not wish to proceed with a subscription, and we have processed a payment after receiving your notification, you will receive a full refund for that payment.
Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions
We offer a generous refund period for our annual plans. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you will receive a full refund for the annual payment. After the 30-day refund period, you will continue to have access to Gridlines for the remainder of the current annual term, but no refund will be issued for any remaining portion of the term.
We will ensure that your subscription does not auto-renew for the next term if you notify us of your desire to cancel before the annual renewal date.
